Twin Screw Extruder Gearbox Features:
1) Gear and shaft made of fine quality material
2) Parallel & tri-axial structure.
Technical parameters:
1) New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed;
2) Gear is 6 grade which is a high precision. High speed overloading hard-tooth surface. The materials are 20CrNi2MoA or 20CrMnMo, HRC 60/62.
3) The output shaft connect with the Screw shaft in splined sleeve.
4) The imported bearings SKF bearings are used. Integrated thrust bearing.
5) The bearing and geared are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system.
