The spare part of twin screw extruder:
1. The gear box:
1) Reduction radio: 2.5:1
2) Output shaft rotation speed: MAX600 RPM. Input shaft rotation speed: MAX 1500 RPM
3) The compact host machine features integrated speed reduction and torque transfer with a design of parallel three axles. Reducer, torque transfer device and as the radial bearing in the output shaft all adopt NSK bearings.
2. Screw and Barrel:
1) Screw diameter: 71mm . L/D=40:1
2) Screw design: modular structure
3) The screw shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw elements connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large bearing load, and easy to disassembly and assembly.
4) The screw elements are made of high quality high-speed tool steel
5) W6Mo5Cr4V2 that receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.Whole hardness: HRC58~62
6) Barrel length: L =290mm/section, total 10 sections. The barrel body is made of #45 steel matrix(Bimetallic bushing: α101), barrel use water cooling.
7) The first barrel is used for feeding materials, the 5th barrel for venting, and the 9th barrel are for vacuum, the 10th barrel is for extruding and the other barrels are of closed mouth type.
