General Introduction
Plastic filament extruder machine can be divided into two parts: one is the power part and the other is the heating part. Power part: usually use frequency converter, energy saving way is by saving the motor's residual energy. For example, the actual power of the motor is 50Hz, you actually need only 30Hz to produce in production. The excess energy is wasted. The frequency converter is to change the power output of the motor to achieve the effect of energy saving.

------Delivery time: 45 days after receive the payment of deposit
------Payment: Deposit 40% by T/T in advance, delivery against payment of 60% balance after qualified acceptance
------Leave factory testing: before leaving factory, equipment should be tested by both parties. Test material offered by buyer
------Installation: we will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement; the technician’s board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer,additional service charge USD50.For each technician/one day, estimate 5-7 working days
------Guarantee period: Guarantee period is 12 months after getting the machine
------The supplier shall provide the service:(after pay the machine)
------the supplier to send adjustment of installation and commissioning
------the supplier direct buyer's technical personnel operating the machine
------The buyer shall provide the facilities and preparations:(Delivery machine to finish)
------foundation and adapter power supply water and compressed air pipe and related projects
