General Introduction
The control system of single screw extruder is mainly used to control the process parameters, such as screw speed, barrel temperature and melt pressure in the extrusion process. Including instrument control system, PLC control system. The former pressure control shows the melt pressure, and the test function shows only the function. The latter shows the melt pressure and realizes the closed loop control, and realizes the serial communication of the test unit.

All products are packed by wooden base plate, damp proof plastic lining, fully-closed plate-box external. we will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement; the technician’s board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer.

------Delivery time: 45 days after receive the payment of deposit
------Payment: Deposit 40% by T/T in advance,delivery against payment of 60% balance after qualified acceptance
------Leave factory testing: before leaving factory,equipment should be tested by both parties.Test material offered by buyer
------Installation: we will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement;the technician’s board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer,additional service charge USD50.For each technician/one day,estimate 5-7 working days
------Guarantee period: Guarantee period is 12 months after leaving factory,damaged
