General Introduction

ABS PLA PA HIPS PC filament extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, water tank, tractor machine, rolling up machine. its control system consists of intelligent temperature control table, imported electrical components and inventor. The filament is extrusion from single screw extruder pass by die head, pass hot water tank and cold water tank to cool and form the filament. Tractor pull the filament as per different speed to get different diameter filament. The filament diameter will be showed on the laser, then reflect to PLC. The final filament will be winding up into spools. Main feature of this line: stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect, high degree of control precision, convenient operation etc.
