Twin screw force feeder machine system with best price

 

The variable speed regulation with the AC frequency control technology or the DC speed regulation technology is used for the extruder.

It has the welded feeding barrel of jacket type where cooling water or hot oil/hot water/steam can be lead through to control the temperature and meet the technological requirement for different kinds of stock.

The working surface of all parts in contact with stock are plated with hard chrome to resist abrasion and corrosion.

The double conical screws for feeding are of the tapered convergent type with variable pitch, which raises the extruding capacity. Meanwhile, the flat die head improves the extrusion density and planeness.
