General Information
PVC cable granulator is based on PVC as the base resin, adding environment-friendly calcium / zinc composite stabilizer, two octyl phthalate, phthalic acid two formic acid, two octyl terephthalate and three octyl polybenzoic acid, three octyl ester plasticizer.
PVC cable pelletizer uses two-stage granulator. The first order is a high-speed co-rotating twin screw extruder. The second order is a single screw extruder, which consists of two order type composite units. The basic structure forms are: double screw high-speed, strong mixing and single screw low speed, low temperature, and weak shear characteristics are combined, and it is the present thermosensitivity, and the shear sensitive material is highly mixed and modified.
