General Information
PET is a highly crystalline white or yellowish polymer with smooth and glossy surface. Resistance to creep, resistance to fatigue, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, wear small and high hardness, the largest toughness of the thermoplastic plastics: good electrical insulation, temperature affected little, but the corona resistance is poor. Non toxic, weatherproof, anti chemical stability, low water absorption, weak acid and organic solvents, but not hot water immersion, alkali resistance.
PET resin has high glass transition temperature, slow crystallization rate, long molding cycle, long molding cycle, large molding shrinkage, poor dimensional stability, brittle molding and low heat resistance.

Shipping and Packing
Filling Modification equipment double screw extruder parallel twin screw machine will be packed by wooden base plate, damp proof plastic lining, fully-closed plate-box external.
Deposit 40% by T/T in advance, delivery against payment of 60% balance after qualified acceptance.
Before leaving factory, equipment should be tested by both parties. Test material offered by buyer.
We will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement; the technician’s board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer,additional service charge USD50.For each technician/one day, estimate 5-7 working days
