Twin screw metering feeder——Twin screw extruder——Water strand die head——Water tankr——Dryer——Pelletizer

Twin screw extruder is used to process the rubber and plastic material into the filling, mixing, modified of polypropylene material and high absorbent resin material. It is suitable for several kinds of plastic material.

This series of extrusion system could be adjusted the different structure of screw and barrel according to different material. The electrical heating and water cooling system to control the temperature of the barrel automatically, and equipped with the feeding system, vacuum discharging system and non-stop screen exchange system.

The twin screw adopts the frequency inventor and AC motor to control the machine. Reduce the speed and the transmission of twin screw are in the one-year box, their size match very well.
The pin of safety coupling to protect the screw and transmission box in case of the damage of overload.
