To produce PP PE + caco3 filler masterbatch, we have three plans.

1. High speed mixer + twin screw extruder + air cooling die face pelletizer/water cooling die face pelletizer.

Use twin screw extruder, the capacity is bigger, machine price is lower.

2. Kneader + single screw extruder + air cooling die face pelletizer/water cooling die face pelletizer.

Use Kneader single screw extruder, the pellets quality will be better than use twin screw extruder, machine price is higher.

3. Kneader + twin screw extruder + single screw extruder + air cooling die face pelletizer/water cooling die face pelletizer.

Use Kneader two stage extruder, the pellets quality is the best than use other extruder, machine price is the highest, but the pellets price you can sell is also higher.

The main machine barrel and screw are assembled by building blocks. The barrel is composed of a number of openings and closed holes, and the split barrel can be opened quickly and conveniently, easy to clean and repair, and the screw is composed of a variety of mixed screw blocks and conveyor blocks on the core shaft. The barrel and screw can flexibly form ideal forms according to the different materials and process requirements.

The gear box and the swing box are uniquely designed to realize the axial reciprocating motion while the screw is rotating. The screw reciprocates once every revolution, and the thread is interrupted three times, thus achieving a strong mixing effect. The mixing action is in the axial direction rather than in the radial direction and occurs between the thread and the pin. All materials in the groove are subjected to uniform shear stress, rather than a thin layer of material being sheared.
