Hard Slurry Pumps , Easy Installation , Maintation , Good Quality Pumps

Introduction:

The order of the above shown two pumps were placed by our regular customer from Europe. These pumps are going to be installed in the hydrocyclone plant for the feeding of the cyclones. This customer is using a lot of our WAR-MAN equivalent slurry pumps for their plants, including filter press and hydrocyclone.

The first pump is an equivalent to 6/4D-, the elec. motor installed is 4 pole, 22Kw. Configuration is CV; the second pump is an equivalent to 4/3C-, the elec. motor installed is also 4 pole, 22Kw. Configuration is CRz. Both of the two pumps are connected by belts and pulleys with the motors.

Material of the wet-end parts is chrome alloy white iron A05, which is highly abrasion resistant. The sealing type is standard expeller seal, and we have gland packing seal and mechanical seal (external flush type) as alternatives.
