Introduction:
10/8ST- is a metal lined slurry pump suitable for abrasive slag, sand, sludge and silt. Once the wet-end parts are worn out, they can be replaced by the same material, or changed to natural rubber or polyurethane.
The dimensions will all match, which is a very obvious advantage of SME slurry pumps. The pump can be driven by electric motor or diesel engine, and they can be connected directly by coupings or by V-belts.
One of the most feature is shaft sleeve: A hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant sleeve with “O” Ring seal at both ends protects the shaft. A slip fit allows the sleeve removed or installed quickly.
