Mission Magnum XP Oil Sands Slurry Pump Reverse Engineer with New Design of Closed Impellers

Introduction:

The Mission Magnum XP is ideally suited for pumping high volumes of heavy slurries that are abrasive, corrosive, or just plain tough to pump. The Magnum XP 14/12-22 can delivre flowrates up to 1700M3/HR and head pressure up to 164 meters. 

The compact overall dimensions of the Magnum XP make it an excellent choice for high volume mobile and stationary applications where a small footprint is critical. 

The Magnum XP is designed for continuous operation with minimal maintenance. The low stuffing box pressure and extra heavy 

shaft design are engineered to provide manimum seal life. The unique casing flow divider cuts the radial load in half, doubling bearing life. The heavy duty bearings are permanently lubricated to minimize maintenance. 

Besides the original design of Mission Magnum XP pumps, we have updated this pump with our new design with the casing divider eliminated, and impeller changed to closed type. We found better performance by this new design. If you are interested, get back to us any minute.
