Introduction:
ZJ slurry pumps are high-pressure slurry pumps with big flow and high heads. They can be used for many applications where the War-man type HH series pumps can't suit.
ZJ slurry pumps are designed and developed by China's local engineers. They are designed for abrasive sludge with a high head. The ZJ slurry pumps are widely found in coal washing plants, power plants, and even mining companies.
Equally Suitable for handling abrasive slurries or combinations of abrasives and corrosive solutions, SME ZJ pumps will solve pumping problems outside the scope of metal and other types of pumps. The many duties for which ZJ pumps have been used are:

Internal liners can be fully worn before replacement as the ductile iron split outer casing provides structural strength to contain all design operating pressures regardless of the worn condition of the liner. Multiple seals are available: gland seal, mechanical seal or large diameter expeller seal.
Like ZGB pumps, ZJ pumps are also made of hard metal material only. The ZJ pumps can pump very high pressure. If you are looking for applications where you need to pump the water slurries to over 80 meters, then ZJ pumps are one of the better solutions.
