1.Introduction of CNSME® SG/250G (12/10G-G) Sand Gravel Pump:
SG Series sand gravel pumps are designed for continuous handling of the most difficult higher abrasive slurry, containing solids too large to be pumped by a standard slurry pump.

Product features and application of the gravel sand pump:
1. the gravel pump is horizontal, single pump casing structure centrifugal pump.
2. Use special clamp clamping pump body and pump cover, the pump outlet can be adjusted in the any direction of 360 degrees, easy to install and use.
3. The bearing components with cylindrical structure, easy to adjust the gap between the impeller and the pump body to keep long working life .
4. Bearing with grease lubrication.
5.Gravel pump has three kinds of shaft seal including packing seal, vice impeller seal, mechanical seal.
6. Wide flow channel , good cavitation performance, high efficiency, abrasion resistance.
7.Transmission methods are: V-shaped V-belt driven, flexible coupling driven, gearbox transmission, hydraulic coupling driven, thyristor speed control speed and so on.
8.Over-flow components Material: nickel-containing high-chromium wear-resistant alloy.
9.Using variety speed and variants, making the pump running in the best conditions .
10. Long working life and high operating efficiency can meet a variety of bad working conditions.
