Cast Iron Bearin Housing with Shaft for Bearing Assembly of Heavy Duty Slurry Pumps

Introduction:

Bearing assembly is an assembled part which comprises parts like shaft, bearing housing, bearings, end cover, labyrinth, etc. and is the rotor part of a slurry pump. The bearings installed are branded, ZWZ, HRB, SKF, TIMKEN. 

Shaft and bearing assembly:

A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimises deflection and vibration. Heavy duty doller bearings are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.

Pump Base:

A one piece casting cradles the cartridge bearing assembly. A minimum number of through bolts hold the pump casing to the frame. A means of impeloler adjustment is provided in a convenient position below the bearing housing.

Features:

Alternative shaft sealing arrangement are fully interchangeable within the same pump;

An extremely heavy duty shaft with a short diameter overhang minimises deflection and vibration;

Heavy duty grease lubricated roller bearings that are protected with grease purged labyrinth seals at both ends.

Sizes of bearing frames: B, C, D, DD, E, EE, EAM, EEAM, F, FF, FAM, FFAM, G, GG, GAM etc. Different bearing frames can bear different engine power.
