Slurry pump impeller in metal material. The high chrome slurry pump impeller hardness is Min HRC 52.
Characteristics/Structure:
1) This series of slurry pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. Its wet parts are with throatbush, impeller, volute liner and frame plate liner insert, which are all made of high Chrome alloy and natural rubber.
2) Cylindrical structure is used for its bearing assembly, which is easy for adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Grease lubricant is applied for bearing lubrication.
3) It has a packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal usually.
4) The discharge side can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
