Zgb Series Heavy Duty Slurry Pump Industrial Water Horizontal Layout

In order to meet the requirements of the development of the electric power, metallurgy and coal industries, our company has designed and developed a series ZGB Slurry Pump.
ZGB series slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump, bearing thin oil lubrication structure, high-chromium anti-wear metal material for flow-through parts, wide flow range, high lift, multi-stage series connection.

2. ZGB Slurry Pump has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and low wear rate;
3. And the flow channel is wide, the anti-blocking performance is good, and the cavitation performance is superior;
4. Auxiliary impeller and packing combination seal and mechanical seal are used to ensure that the slurry does not leak;
5. With reliability design, the average trouble-free working time of the whole machine is greatly improved;
6. Metric bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and the lubrication and cooling system is set reasonably to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperatures;
7. Material: The flow channel components are made of special materials, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; after special treatment, they are used for seawater desalination and electrochemical corrosion of seawater salt spray; within the allowable pressure range, they can be used in multi-stage series, allowing The working pressure (upper limit) is 3.6mpa.
