Features and technology advantages:
1. Magnesium alloy welding wire can be welded between different magnesium alloy materials. The strength can reach 90% of the base metal mechanical strength.
2. The melting point of the welding wire is 20℃ lower than that of the base metal. The heat affected zone is small, there is no welding slag splash, and there is no large amount of smoke or dust.
3. The welding wire has good flexibility and is convenient for welding operation.
Specification
Magnesium alloy is the most ductile and the most popular amongst AZ wrought alloys (Mg-Al-Zn group). Soft as it is, this alloy offers good combination of strength and ductility for structural application after deformation with severe reductions.Magnesium power products are high-energy, non-polluting power sources, such as magnesium-manganese dry batteries, magnesium air batteries, magnesium seawater batteries, torpedo power supplies, and power batteries.
