Introduction of Hilbo Magnesium Alloy:
Magnesium alloy is an alloy composed of magnesium and other elements added as the base. Its characteristics are: low density, high specific strength, large elastic modulus, good shock absorption, greater impact load capacity than aluminum alloy, and good resistance to organic matter and alkali corrosion. The main alloying elements are aluminum, zinc, manganese, cerium, thorium, and a small amount of zirconium or cadmium. At present, magnesium-aluminum alloys are widely used, followed by magnesium-manganese alloys and magnesium-zirconium-zirconium alloys. Mainly used in aviation, aerospace, transportation, chemical, rocket and other industrial sectors. According to the forming method, it is divided into two types: wrought magnesium alloy and cast magnesium alloy.

Regarding size: Material cutting is manually measured with a ruler, not CNC. If the buyer does not require it, the machining allowance is reserved by default. The tolerance is minus 0, plus 3mm. If the tolerance is high, it can reach minus 0 plus 1mm.
