This design achieves 95% thermal energy utilization efficiency while refractory brick walls minimize heat losses. The integrated air waste heat device utilizes double-layer construction with high-aluminum zirconium refractory material and coiled pipe waste heat cabin, rapidly preheating combustion air above 150°C to enhance fuel combustion temperature and overall roasting capacity.
