Designed for offline and online roasting of steel ladles and tundishes, including drying newly built ladles and rapid turnover roasting. Also suitable for tundish dry stations and tundish preheating stations in steel manufacturing facilities.

Offline Steel Ladle Heating System
Dries newly built ladles and performs rapid or slow turnover roasting. Uses blast furnace gas to heat steel ladles or tundishes above 1100°C with maximum heating speed of 40°C/min and maximum temperature difference of 50°C. Achieves ladle lining temperatures exceeding 1000°C within 2.5 hours for offline roasting.
Online Steel Ladle Heating System
Heats online steel ladles or tundishes above 1100°C using blast furnace gas. Maximum heating speed exceeds 40°C/min with maximum temperature difference of 50°C. Reaches ladle lining temperature of 1000°C within 20-30 minutes of online roasting.
Tundish Offline Heating System
Primarily used for new construction, cold repair, drying, and turnover operations. Online roasting reaches 1100°C in 1-1.5 hours, while offline drying reaches 800°C in 24-32 hours.
Tundish Online Heating System
Specialized equipment for rapid roasting of molten steel containers. Preheats casting tundishes with online fast heating speeds exceeding 40°C/min. Uses blast furnace gas to heat above 1100°C within 60 minutes.
