Section Fire Control Technology
Utilizing PLC control technology, our section fire control system automatically manages ignition, temperature rising, adjustment, and protection functions. Available in two configurations:
- Air Door Section Fire Control: Converts between big and small fire by adjusting air door to change airflow
- Frequency Conversion Section Fire Control: Converts between big and small fire by adjusting motor rotation speed to change airflow
Proportion Adjustment Control Technology
Available in two precision modes for continuous combustion optimization:
- Air Door Adjusting Proportion Control: Continuously adjusts air door opening and gas regulating valve using fuzzy number control method
- Frequency Conversion Adjusting Proportion Control: Controls motor rotation speed to change airflow with energy savings over 30% and significant noise reduction
Industrial Personal Computer Digital Control
Our IPC-based digital control technology uses PLC for data collection and processing with industrial personal computer as human-machine interface. The system enables centralized operation from any control room and supports printer connectivity for real-time statement recording and printing.
Heat Treatment Furnace Pulse Combustion Control
The PLC + human-machine interface system automatically switches between temperature rising, warm-keeping, and temperature dropping modes based on preset curves. Features manual/automatic control modes with undisturbed switching and variable periodic pulse width signals for precise burner nozzle operation control.
