Application
Stopper supplied by Chaint, is used for stopping finished rolls coming from rewinder and release rolls to V-slat conveyor as per requirement. Stopper is part of roll handling sytem. Roll handling system mainly consists of retractable stopper, sectional stopper, jumbo roll cart, kicker, bumper, various conveyors, barcode reader, printer, upender, all kinds of lowerator, cradle etc.
Features
1. Two kinds of stopper supplied by Chaint, retractable stopper and sectional stopper. They are composed by several units. Lifting of unit is realized by pnematic tyre.
2. Mounting in the concrete ramp.
3. Equipped with pnewmatic control cabinet, pneumatic brake is fixed in the cabinet, easily to check and overhaul. Equipped with air tube, air source is connected to pneumatic control cabinet by user.
4. Operatioin is finished on operation platform on site.
5. Equipped with PLC based automatic control system.
6. Equipped with data management system.
