ZF720 LED Serice Shadowless Operation Lamp is applicable to lighting for operations in the operation rooms of medical facilities.

There shall be no electromagnetic or other interferences with the equipment and other devices.

The lamp is featured with the fully closed streamline single/double lamp block structure, meeting the requirements of disinfection and high level laminar flow in the operation room; the LED based integrated reflective optic system, providing deeper illumination; and the color temperature compensation technology, enhancing the color rendering properties, to make it more suitable for cerebrosurgery and other large complicated operations.

Description of operation

Maneuverability

The extension arm ③, spring arm ④, horizontal bar ⑤ are for positioning the light head horizontally and vertically.

• The extension arm ③ and spring arm ④ can be infinitely swivelled in the horizontal plane,
• The spring arm ④ can be moved 45° upward and 50° downward,
• The horizontal bar ⑤ can be infinitely swivelled in the horizontal plane,

through max. 420° on the ZF720 LED light head,

The light head ⑥rotates through approx. 420°.

Spring arm height stop

Upward movement of the spring arm ④ can be limited to 0° (horizontal axis) to, for instance, prevent it colliding with the ceiling.

Spring arm function

To make it easy to position the light head ⑥, the spring arm ④contains a spring.

Adjusting tension

This spring counterbalances the weight of the light head. If the spring arm drops, the spring must be adjusted (see 7.2 Adjusting the tension).

Brake function

The extension arm ③, spring arm ④, horizontal bar ⑤have brakes to keep them wherever they are positioned.

Adjusting brake force

If the light head does not stay in position of its own accord the brake force must be adjusted (see 7.3 Adjusting the brake force).
