Metal U profile with holes rolling machine is designed to make the U channel channel within the thickness 1.5mm by online rolling and punching in the speed of 15 to 25 meter per minute. Here we take the following drawing profile for example:

For the C U channel, we have two types: manual adjustment by spacer and linear adjustment by PLC and motor. Here the machine we designed by spacer.
