Heavy duty 350 C and Z purline machine gearbox type is designed to make the C purline, Z purline in batch fully automatically. This mode machine supports the following sizes range of the C purline and Z purline.

1. C width (80~350) mm, Z width (120~350mm) can be freely transformed;

2. Small edge (8-20mm) and small edge ≤ 0.8 * (waist height -20);

3. Waist height (30-100) mm and waist height ≤ 0.95 * (bottom width - small edge -30);

Adjustable plate thickness t (1.0~3.5) mm;

Supported material: Q195, Q235, Q345B hot-rolled strip steel or hot-rolled galvanized strip steel

As the material thickness to 3.5mm, we design it like the following types:

1. For the coil feeding part, Feed guide shaft+guide wheel

• Leveling up three, down four, and two lead wires, fully solid core wire quenching and tempering heat treatment, and electroplating after precision machining.
• Main roller station 23 (one of which is a waist height molding 87-95 degree arbitrary adjustable roller group)
• Transmission+shaft end support: independent gearbox type.
• Equipped with 12 sets of CZ exchange modules, the switch can be completed by rotating 180 degrees, and the linear guide rail can be changed
• Anti concave arc roller device
• Compression bar, straight bar, straight bar
• Four sets of straightening units for CZ dual use

P1: leveling and coil feeding part:
