Drywall Stud and Track Profile Rolling Forming Machine 70m/min Fully Automatic
Metal studs are vertical profiles inserted into the tracks, bearing profiles of the partition; used for fixing of partition covering, calcium silicate board, fiber cement board and etc. Now stud and track profiles are quite popular for construction ceiling and drywall. Metal tracks are horizontal profiles to fix the partition to floor and ceiling. It is suitable for the drywall system in factory, office building, warehouse, greenhouse, home decorations, etc.
To satisfy market needs, we've developed this machine with a speed of 70 meters per minute and a fully automatic stacker, allowing one worker to handle the entire process.

Size Adjustment and Multi-Size Capability
PLC-Controlled Size Adjustment: The machine's size changes are controlled by PLC driven by servo motor. In the PLC you can either edit the sizes or choose the sizes with punching - we have pre-programmed these options.
For easy after-sales support, we've added a remote control system that allows operation via smartphone app, computer, and machine PLC.
- The rollers are designed as separate components that can move inward and outward to accommodate different sizes
- Bottom ribs move along side rollers
- Dotting rollers are designed based on size collection
- The edge transition from stud to track is controlled by input coil width
- Punching system does 4 holes simultaneously per piece, enabling the 70m/min speed
