R-Panel / PBR Panel Metal Roofing Materials

Metal roofs are both stunning and long lasting. Metal roofing panels come in a variety of materials and styles. Two of the most common panel types are R-Panels & PBR-Panels. As you can see from the profile detail the only difference is the 1/4 overlap on one side of the panel for added strength. These panels are primarily used in commercial and industrial metal roof and siding applications.

We can design those two profiles by the following two options:

Option A: single layer machine by adjusting the input coil width/ The machine we can design it based on the PBR Panels. When you want to do the production of R-panel, simple use less width coil then okay. Here is the single layer machine pictures for your reference:

Option B: Double layer machine. If you feel that you do not want to do any adjustments, you can consider the double layer roofing sheet machine. One layer is R- panel roofing sheet and another layer is PBR panel. Here is the roofing sheet machine picture for your reference:
