Introduction

Our DCZ7XR series convey belt flatbed cutter is developed based on the DCZ7X series sample cutting machine by adding a convey belt to achieve automatic continuous material cutting. The conveying system enables to process materials which are longer than the cutter table limit and is suitable for small scale material cutting. In the cutting process, the convey belt is able to automatically transport the materials have been cut to the front part of the cutting table and convey those to be cut to the cutting area of the digital cutter. This convey belt flatbed cutter is designed with two independent modules and equipped with interchangeable vibrating knife, pen, creasing wheel, V cutting knife, foam cutting knife to meet the various processing needs of customers from advertisement, display and packaging industries. This product also called box sample maker, sample maker, AD cutting machine, Display cutting machine, foam cutting machine, smart digital cutting system and so on, according to the different cutting material and application. This product can be used for sample making and small scale production in the industries of packaging, printing, advertisement, etc.
