Development process

• Receive customer's technical files, including PCAP drawing, LCD specification.
• Recommend standard products or customize products based on customer's requirements.
• Offer engineering drawing for confirmation and fill in project kick-off form.
• Make samples according to the confirmed drawing. 
• Debug the samples based on the information on kick-off form, keep the FW. 
• Send the samples to customers for confirmation. Offer all the technical supports with which customer will let the touch panels work well.
• Pilot production.
• Mass production

Lead time 

• For goods in stock, 2-3 days after PO.
• For customized samples, 15 days after the confirmation of engineering drawing.
• For mass production, 18-20 days after PO.
