Brief-introduction of oil filter

The oil filters are designed to get rid of the impurities to prevent the engine, such as the dust, mental partical, carbide sediment, sooty partical and so on. During the engine operation, the mental pratical, dust, oxygenated carbide sediment and gelatinous precipitate, water will mix in the lube. The oil filter aims to filter the impurities in the engine system, keeping the lube clean, extending the operation life. It has high filter ability, small flow resistance and long service lifetime.

The technique for oil filter

1. Filter element

The request of filter element for oil filter will more strict than air filter, since the oil temperature is range from 0 to 300 centigrade. Under the drastic temperature change condition, the oil concentration will be changed as well, which will affect the filter flow. We provide high quality oil filter element, which could filter the impurity in drastic temperature change condition to insure the enough flow.

2. Rubber seal

3. Safety valve
