Instructions before installing turbocharger

1. Whether the turbocharger model matches the engine.

2. Is it flexible to rotate the turbocharger rotor by hand? If the impeller is sluggish or feels like rubbing the casing, please find out the reason before installing the turbocharger.

3. Check whether the air filter is clean and in good condition. Unclean or damaged air filter will affect the boosting effect and may lead to turbocharger, oil leakage or damage to impeller.

4. Check the compressor inlet pipe and turbine front engine exhaust pipe for sundries. No foreign objects are allowed. Even small or soft objects can cause serious damage to the impeller.

5. To ensure that the oil entering the supercharger is clean is the key to ensure the service life of the supercharger. The oil level shall not be lower than CD15W40. Before replacing the supercharger, the user must first clean the oil pan, the supercharger inlet pipe, and change the oil and oil filter(the new filter must be filled with oil before installation) to ensurethat the oil entering the supercharger is clean, and the air filter must also be changed at the same time.
