Used with screen changers, the automatic belt filter system allows continuous and uninterrupted production and high filtering performance in cast film and blown film production and other plastic filtering process.
For copper clad steel wire material , is furnished with belt roll type , normally the weaving is reverse dutch weave , seeing from the appearance , the surface color is in brass shinning color .

308Mm Copper Clad Steel Auto Screen Filter Belt Applications :
The filter belt is fitted inside the screen changer machine having an inbuilt pressure sensor mechanism. When the filter belts gets excessively clogged due to foreign particle in the molten plastic, the back pressure inside the extrusion machine increases. like PP, PS, PVC, PET, PE, ABS, PMMA ,HDPE ,LDPE in belt style continuous screen changers.
