Hot Dipped Galvanized Gabion Mesh Cells
Hot dipped galvanized gabion wire mesh cells are used as building blocks for airport projects and other construction applications, as well as for anti-blast barriers in military uses. These galvanized wire mattress or basket cells are primarily composed of square or oblong opening welded panels. The rectangular-shaped gabion cell baskets are designed for easy laying and firm building purposes, with walls that serve both decorative and protective functions.
Available Materials
Gabion cells are manufactured using various materials including electric galvanized wire, hot-dipped galvanized wire, PVC coated galvanized wire, Galfan wire (95% zinc - 5% aluminum), and Galfan wire (90% zinc - 10% aluminum).

2. Gabion Cells with Square Holes
- Outer sizes: 1.8×1.8m, 1.8×1.2m, 1.8×0.9m
- Mesh sizes: 5×5cm, 10×10cm
- Mesh wire diameter: 1.0-5.0mm
3. Anti-Blast Gabion Barrier Cells
- Wire diameter: 4-5mm
- Mesh size: 75×75mm
- Fence panel sizes: 12 type sizes available for security protection
- Geotextile: Heavy duty non-woven polypropylene in grey, military green, sand color
- Finish: Hot dipped galvanized or Galfan wire
