Filter Discs For Extruder Screen

Introduction:

Extruder screen can be used as a single filter disc or multiple discs to get you more and fine filtration.

Extruder screen pack put the coarse mesh in supporting mesh for fine mesh and spot welded them together or frame around with an aluminium metal frame. Plastic filmmaking plant they use cylindrical or tube shaped wire mesh filter. It is also called cylindrical extruder screen.

When you have to order Extruder screens please provide following information. Example as below.

Wire mesh screen dia: 250mm

Which mesh (Single disc) : 14mesh,24x110mesh and 12x64mesh

Multiple meshes together: 20+40+80+20 meshes (specify with frame or just spot welded)
