Wire Mesh Filter Disc For Extruder screen made out of the wire mesh. Extruder screen is used in the extrusion process for plastic, rubber, chemical, food industries, plastic film making plant make sure the end product come out as clean without any impurity. It can make out from steel wire mesh or stainless steel wire mesh and cut out to any shape circular disc filter, oval shape wire mesh screen. This product is more use in plastic recycling and rubber recycling. Extruder screen fit behind the backer plate in the extrusion machine.

Nowadays some advance extrusion machine got continuous extrusion wire mesh screen belt.

Extruder screen can be used as a single disc or multiple discs to get you more and fine filtration.

Extruder screen pack put the coarse mesh in supporting mesh for fine mesh and spot welded them together or frame around with an aluminium metal frame. Plastic filmmaking plant they use cylindrical or tube shaped wire mesh filter. It is also called cylindrical extruder screen.
