Brief Introduction
This equipment is designed for producing door frames, window rail supports, storage racks, drawer sliders, light steel keels, pipes, highway guardrails, and similar profiles. The complete production line includes a material-putting rack, forming main machine, and hydraulic set-length punching-cutting machine. Features waste-free shearing technology that eliminates material waste and reduces production costs while maintaining high efficiency.
Machine Configuration
Main T: Equipped with inverter motor, production line speed: 30M per minute. Hydraulic automatic punching and cutting machine linked with main forming machine for automated punching and cutting. Two heads and middle holes are punched and cut-off simultaneously after forming.
Cross T: Equipped with both inverter and servo motors, production line speed: 30M per minute. Main machine operates at constant speed, tracked by servo trace system that automatically follows main machine speed for precise punching and cutting. Two heads and middle holes are punched and cut-off simultaneously after forming.
