The Curtain Flame Propagation Tester is designed in compliance with NFPA 701 standards to evaluate flame propagation characteristics of fabrics and films. This specialized equipment is ideal for testing curtains, drapes, window treatments, awnings, tents, waterproof fabrics, banners, and similar architectural textile structures.
Applications
This testing machine determines the ignition resistance properties of draperies and hanging fabrics according to NFPA 701 Test Method 1. It accommodates single-layer or multi-layer fabric testing, though it is not suitable for fabrics exceeding 700g/m² (21oz/yd²) density.
