This tester is designed for testing sofa spring frame and spring pack.It can perform the following 3 kinds of test requirements:
1) Durability Test
The spring undergone a repeated specific force, the test cycles is pre-settable, and the test stop when the set cycle is up.
2) Fix stroke test
The presser comes down to a specify stoke, read the force on that stroke from the pressure gauge.
3) Fix force test
The presser comes down to a specify force, the presser stop and the compression rate (stroke) will be displayed on the screen.
