Application:

The machine simulates ignition source match flame equivalent to assessment of the ignitability of upholstered furniture.

Structure:

1. It adopts PLC control, and high quality parts, ensure the system high quality, high speed operation.

2. Automatic detection control, automatic completion detection.

3. It adopts configuration software design, which can automatically generate temperature control curve and report output, data collection and test results.

Parameters:

1. Ignition source system: stainless steel combustion tube with inner diameter 8 ± 0.1mm and 6.5 ± 0.1mm two sets, length is 200 ± 5mm.

2. Hose: length 2.5 ~ 3mm, inside diameter 7 ± 1mm connected with stainless steel combustion tube.

3. Flow control system, includes one flow meter, trimming valve, switch valve and pressure regulating valve.

4. The flow rate is 45±2 m1/ min, output pressure is 2.8kpa

5. The cigarette takes a filter tip or cylindrical cigarette remove filter and interface package, and meet following requirements:

*) Observation window: one toughened glass observation window, surrounded by the SUS304 stainless steel wrap

*) Computer control system (test time, test times, secondary time, etc.) can be set and recorded in the computer.

6. Automatic ignition (high voltage electronic fire).
