Summary
This TBN tester is designed and made as per industrial standard of People’s Republic of China SH/T0251-93 Standard Test method for base number of petroleum products. It is composed of ZD-2A automatic potentiometric titrator, titrate stand and burette. It is suitable to determine the alkali component of petroleum products and used petroleum products and additives.
I. Main technical features
1. This total base number analyzer adopts principle of acid-alkali neutralization and method of potentiometric titration for perchloric acid to determine the alkali value of sample by judging the electric potential change to finishing point.
2. This base number instrument is equipped with 5 pieces of electrodes and 3 pieces of burettes of different specifications. It can satisfy the determination for alkali component of petroleum products.
3. The measuring range of the instrument is wide, measuring accuracy is high. Accessories complete and convenient to use.
