 EN ISO1182 Non-Combustibility Test Apparatus

Introduction

The EN ISO 1182 Non-combustibility test apparatus is one of the series of Euroclass test standards. This test specifies a procedure for determining whether or not a material will contribute directly to fire development and is relevant to classification of all building products (including floorings) into classes A1 and A2.

Features

• Single Zone Furnace of this non combustibility tester is operable at up to 900 ℃ with the NIKROTHAL Ribbon Heater
• 750±5℃ temperature auto control with TPR
• Furnace equiped on ISO 1182 non combustibility test apparatus is facilitating maintenance and replacement
• Up/down automatic moving system for correct positioning of test sample is supplied with this combustibility testing equipment.
• It designs Mirror to observe the ignition quality of test sample
• RS 232C communication and DAQ Board-adopted interface fulfill the PC control.
• Alarm temperature-based overcurrent shut-off system is installed in the test machine for user’s safety
• Software (Non-Combusitibility 2005) to print out reports based on exact data result
