1. How to make an inquiry?

Pls tell us the material, size, quantity of product you need, as well as your preferred delivery method. We

welcome first time buyers.

2. How to request sample merchandise?

After confirming your interested product, you can request samples. You are welcome to check the quality.

1. If you want a standard (unlabeled, unmarked) samples, we will send free samples to you, but the freight collect, and we will refund back when you have bulk orders.

2. If you need to change product size or any others specifications, email us details of those changes (preferably in pictures). We can calculate cost.

3. Could you do the design for me?

That is our goal! We would like to design according to your ideas and information. Slightly changes can be made for free. However, large design changes will need extra fee.

4. What is the usual shipping time?

The delivery time is usually on week by express or air, and 15 to 30 days by sea.

5. What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T, 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance payment against the copy of BL.

6. What if there is problem with the products after receiving?

We can arrange sample delivery for you before arrange bulk shipment. Or take photos for you before shipping

confirmation. If you found there is some deficiencies, please kindly let me know (product pictures by email).
