A). Automatic Working Range Limit

Boom only moves in limited area, the boom will determine the outreach and slow down automatically before 1m of the work limit according to the working height and change of amplitude.

B). Weak Jack Control Warning System

If the stabilizer blade sink on the ground due to soft ground, the computerized control system will send warning alarm (warning flash light and warning alarm) to alert the operators. This prevent the whole vehicle to lose its stability and roll over.

C). Upper and Lower Interlock Device

Automatic Switch control valve on the hydraulic system is equipped to ensure safety. Operator can’t operate the whole boom upper superstructure before the outriggers are stabilized and leveled the whole ladder fire truck firmly on the ground. If boom is being operated and not retracted back to the support bracket, the outriggers cannot be operated.

D). Automatic Deceleration/Stop Device

The boom will decelerate and stop automatically 1m before reaching the outreach limit. This mechanism effectively guarantee smoother movement, higher safety and reliability. The screen of control station has text alert until the platform reaches the limit to stop automatically.
