Ⅰ. Product description:
Hydrostatic Pressure Pipe Test Machine pipeline pressure testing equipment is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6111 -2003 Thermoplastics pipes for the conveyance of fluids ----Resistance to internal pressure----Test method and GB/T15560-1995 Standard test method for short-time hydraulic failure and resistance to constant internal pressure of the plastics pipes for the transport of fluids. It is suitable to determine the pressure-resisting broken time or the maximum pressure value of instantaneous blast of thermoplastic pipes and compound pipes (such as PP-R ,PP-B ,PP-A ,PE ,PE-X ,PVC ,PVC-U and PVC-C ) under long-term constant internal pressure and temperature .It is indispensable for manufacturers of plastic pipes and testing institutions
Ⅱ. System Feature:
1. Industrial tablet control, direct control.
2. The machine with "precision pressure control unit" multi-channel combination.

7. One microcomputer control one working position, it can separately set and control pressure, accuracy, time and other parameters while the computer does not work. Real-time display pressure, time and status (8 statuses: pressure rise, pressure compensate, pressure release, over- pressure, run, test over, leakage, burst) and also store these test data. It is also equipped with sound and light alarm when over-pressure, test over, leakage or burst happens.
8. Power protection, test report storage / print output and other functions. Automatically determine the effective time, invalid time, the remaining time and other parameters, to prevent the evening, holidays and other periods of failure time, invalid time.
9. When power-down time ensure that the test is accurate and smooth completion. Instrument structure is reasonable, stable performance, easy operation, display intuitive.
