Installation:
1 Unpacking
1.1 Please open the package,take down the four screw at the bottom of the body.The hardness tester will be installed in the clean and dry room without the corrosive gas and the vibration.The table should be strong and there must be one hole whose diameter is more than 50mm.The screw can pass the hole .
1.2 Please check all the accessories according to the packing list.
1.3 Please open the upper cover and the back cover of the machine .
1.4 Loosen the nut and remove the hook screw.
1.5 Remove the fixed block and the fixed supporting block of the big lever.
1.6 Loosen the nut and take off the hook screw then remove the fixed platen on the weights .
1.7 The user may lift the weight groups slowly with the hands pinching the boom and at the same time remove the fixed supporting block then put down the weight groups gently. The pin is in the groove of the plate.
1.8 Loosen the fastening cord on the small lever.
1.9 When turning the handwheel ,the screw is down and take off the indenter block.
2 Please remove the screw sleeve. Clean the rust oil on the screw and the handwheel with the kerosene. And then pour a small amount of the lubricating oil into the screw and the handwheel.
3 Please check he block on the big lever that is in the position of the two red mark, otherwise it should be adjusted.
4 The big workbench is installed on the top of the screw and put the level on the table. The level adjustments is within 0.2/1000.
