The Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X Pipes is engineered in compliance with international standards including ISO 1167 and ASTM D-1598. It is primarily intended for testing plastic pipes and composite pipes, including PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X, and more.

The machine supports two core testing modes:

• Applying a specified constant hydrostatic pressure to the pipe and maintaining it for a predefined duration (per test requirements);
• Applying a constant, rapid hydraulic pressure inside the pipe to induce specimen rupture within a short timeframe, followed by measuring the maximum pressure and subsequently calculating the ring stress.

Features of the Constant-Temperature Tank

• The constant-temperature tank consists of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit, and temperature maintenance system.
• The tank body comprises a structural frame, a base, a 304# stainless steel inner bladder, and an outer casing made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy--ensuring structural durability and corrosion resistance.
• Thick rigid polyurethane foam insulation is adopted, which effectively maintains temperature stability and delivers excellent energy efficiency, reducing unnecessary energy consumption during operation.
• The constant-temperature tank cover can be fitted with an automatic lifting and closing mechanism, providing reliable performance and operational convenience for daily testing workflows.
