Air exchange aging test chamber can be used for thermal air aging test of rubber and plastic products, electrical insulation and other materials. Temperature control is digital display, PID automatic temperature control instrument, from room temperature to 300 ℃, can set working temperature arbitrarily. Automatic constant temperature, box equipped with blast motor, make hot air forced convection, promote the sample under constant temperature rapid aging test. The structure of the main engine and the instrument are designed after the detailed study of the airflow and temperature in the box. It has been proved by the long-term application that it has the advantages of sensitive temperature control, good temperature uniformity, large effective space and stable performance. Its properties accord with GB3512 < rubberTest method for Thermal Air Aging. Requirements of the National Standard on "Test equipment."(equal to ISO 188).
