A. Features of main frame
Double-tube circuit structure
Because the structure of the traditional pipe hydrostatic testing machine is transmitted to the sample by pressure acquisition, the other end is connected with the pressure relief valve, and There is a pressure difference between the specimen and the sensor because there is no reflux. In order to solve the problem, our pressure control system are connected with the sample by double-tube.
Integrated modular assembly
Each module is 5 or 6 stations, each independent station does not interfere with each other, can be set separately in the range of 0.2 MPa~ full load range, one test rupture does not affect the normal test of other roads.
Complete function
With rupture identification, real-time monitoring, power-off pressure, power-down protection, call automatic recovery. printing, storage test results and other functions. Control the main interface with Chinese and English selection, provide a variety of language operation functions.
The reference horizontal plane of the pressure measuring device is consistent with the horizontal plane of the constant temperature medium box.
B. Features of constant-temperature tank
Constant-temperature tank is composed of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit and temperature keeping system.
1. The body is composed of structural frame, bottom, 304# stainless steel internal bladder, and stainless steel or aluminum alloy outer covering.
2. Thick heat insulation of rigid polyurethane foam ensures the constant temperature and energy saving performance.
3. The cover of the constant temperature tank can be equipped with automatic lifting and closing device, which is reliable and convenient.
